Lara Desrosiers OT Reg. (Ont.)

Lara received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University in Hamilton, ON. She has worked in community mental health programs since 2009 accumulating extensive post-graduate training and experience in utilizing psychotherapeutic technique to support clients with reaching their goals.

She now operates a private practice, Pelvic Resilience, where she supports individuals struggling with pain and pelvic health challenges to get back to living life. Lara teaches other clinicians how to build psychologically-informed and trauma-informed practices. Her clinical interests include chronic pain management and the psychological implications of navigating pelvic organ prolapse.
